If you cancel before the 14day window leading up to your event 50% of your deposit will be refunded. You must contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. The full price of charter will be charged to the credit card on file for No-shows. Our cruises operate rain or shine since 3/4 of the boat is covered. If weather is severe and the cruise must cancel we will reschedule for the next available date. If the operators cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule for the next available date. If we must cancel your cruise, our team will contact you as early as possible. Do not assume your cruise is cancelled unless you receive a notification email / phone call from us
